Sr. Art Director

We’re searching for a passionate and experienced designer to join our full-time/part-time team and contribute to our interdisciplinary projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
– Extensive Design Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design is required. A background in UI/UX design is a bonus.
– Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma; presentation software (Keynote) is essential.
– Interdisciplinary Approach: Experience working on projects that bridge design and software development is highly desirable. A strong foundation in UI/UX design is crucial.
– AI Skills: Familiarity with and ability to utilize AI design tools is a plus.
– Communication and Collaboration: Fluent written and spoken English are required as you’ll collaborate with internal teams and potentially liaise directly with clients.
Project Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills are key. You’ll be responsible for projects from concept to completion.
Deadline-Oriented: The ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing creativity or quality is a must.

Internship: Animation & Motion Design

Design in Situ, a leading creative agency, offers a remote internship for 4th-year university students in Animation and Motion Design.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate on diverse animation projects.
– Create motion graphics for various platforms.
– Engage in creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:
– 4th-year Animation or Motion Design student.
– Proficiency in animation software (After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
– Strong creative and teamwork skills.
