Boyner Dynamic Teen Retail Experiences

We partnered with I-AM Architecture and Boyner to develop an immersive, youth-driven experiential space for the Dynamic Teen Store, reimagining what next-generation retail environments can be. This concept is more than just a traditional store—it functions as an interactive community hub that celebrates creativity, connection, and self-expression.

The space is designed around four distinct experiential zones, each offering a unique way for teens to engage with products, culture, and one another. Through interactive product displays and social hangout areas, the layout encourages exploration, play, and personalization. It aligns perfectly with Gen Z’s desire for customizable and immersive brand experiences.

A standout feature of this space is the use of AI-enhanced digital screens. These screens display motion-augmented visuals of sports, captured from impossible angles. By leveraging artificial intelligence, these visuals bring otherwise unseen moments to life, turning the store into a creative, visual playground.

Beyond the store’s walls, the concept extends through outdoor activations that promote sports participation, environmental awareness, and community engagement. These elements amplify Boyner’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, strengthening emotional connections with young audiences.

By blending interactive technology, modular space design, and insights into youth culture, this retail experience becomes more than just a place to shop. It transforms into a digitally integrated, purpose-driven environment that speaks the language of Gen Z—digitally, socially, and emotionally.
