Boyner Dynamic Teen Retail Experiences
We partnered with I-AM Architecture and Boyner to develop an immersive, youth-driven experiential space for the Dynamic Teen Store—reimagining what next-gen retail environments can be. This concept goes beyond a traditional store, functioning as an interactive community hub that celebrates creativity, connection, and self-expression.
The space is designed around four distinct experiential retail zones, each offering a unique way for teens to engage with products, culture, and one another. From interactive product displays to social hangout areas, the layout encourages exploration, play, and personalization—reflecting the expectations of Gen Z shoppers for customizable and immersive brand experiences.
A standout feature of the space is the use of AI-enhanced digital screens that showcase motion-augmented visuals of sports captured from impossible angles. These visuals, powered by artificial intelligence, bring otherwise unseen moments to life—offering an engaging digital art layer that turns the store into a creative, visual playground.
Taking the experience beyond the store’s walls, the concept includes outdoor activations that promote sports participation, environmental awareness, and community engagement. These elements amplify Boyner’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, while also building emotional resonance with young audiences.
By blending interactive technology, modular space design, and youth culture insights, this future-facing retail experience becomes more than a place to shop—it becomes a digitally-integrated, purpose-driven experiential space. It’s a bold model for engaging Gen Z consumers in environments that speak their language: digitally, socially, and emotionally.
